Businesses which are Smirnoff's clients and the 15 000 customers greeted through this event during 3 years (French and foreign professionals from the cinema industry, journalists, VIP and public)
Brief :
Conception, artistic management, communication and executive production of a prestigious party opening of the Cannes Films Festival in the biggest evening place on la Croisette. The variation of an international concept for the Smirnoff Experience, being the organisation of electro parties featuring famous DJs, with substantial decoration and stunning technical system.
Assignment :
Study and concept development of the Tour : entertainment and goodies. Select and brief the team (hostess, organizer), creation of graphic design on various supports, print and multimedia (booklets, posters, flyers) with development of similar brand. PR and Press Relation, street- marketing offers, decoration conception and creation, trademark visibility (posters, video production, 3D, lights). Select and operate technical tools, artists booking, logistic, video coverage.
